Auction Terms & Conditions REGISTERING: When you register to SELLTHISFORME.com, please read over the terms and conditons. We collect credit card information to verify your ability to bid. This is a secure site. SUCCESSFUL BIDDER: If you are the successful bidder your credit card will be charged. All bids are final and cannot be retracted. MAXIMUM BID. If you chose to leave a maximum bid and the item sells below your maximum you will only be charged the final bid amount. The Auction Flex software will bid the predetermined minimum bid when you are out bid and if you check the "outbid notification box" you will be notified if you are no longer the high bidder. WINNING BIDDERS will be notified shortly after the auction. Your credit card can be charged at that time for the price of the item(s) you have won plus buyers premium and taxes unless alternative arrangements have been made. PICK UP of the items MUST be made within the hours specified for the auction, unless otherwise previously decided upon. Items not picked up will still be charged and be considered abandoned and assumed property of SELLTHISFORME.com. SHIPPING ARRANGEMENTS/ DELIVERY - SELLTHISFORME.com provides shipping and delivery of any item upon request. Small items can be delivered via Canada Post with a COD charge for shipping. Large Items can be delivered to your front door via Local Courier with prior arrangement. SOFT CLOSE. All of SELLTHISFORME.com auctions will have the soft close policy in place. If a bid is placed within the last 2 minutes of a sale that item will not close for another 3 minutes and will remain open as long as there are bids. AUCTION ITEMS. All items are sold on a "as is" "where is" basis.
